1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk48 ("pk48", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk48 website located at pk48.app, all associated sub-pages, services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing pk48 in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using pk48.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of pk48 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. pk48 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under the age of 18. Age verification will be required as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, and pk48 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage.
• You must be accessing pk48 voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling online is lawful in your jurisdiction before using pk48.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pk48 or subject to an active account suspension or ban.

pk48 complies with international responsible gaming standards and reserves the right to refuse service or close any account at its sole discretion where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pk48 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all pk48 accounts:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one pk48 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your pk48 login credentials. pk48 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pk48 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification. pk48 may require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pk48 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk48 supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment methods including, but not limited to, JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Skrill, Neteller, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on pk48:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the pk48 cashier page and are subject to change. pk48 will notify users of material changes in advance where practicable.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pk48 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are published on the Platform. pk48 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals within the stated timeframes but is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• pk48 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on pk48 is subject to specific product rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. General terms applicable to all products include:

• All wagers placed on pk48 are final once confirmed. pk48 will not reverse a settled bet or wager except where a verified technical error on pk48's systems is identified.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, pk48's records shall be the definitive source of reference. Players may submit disputes through the official pk48 support channel within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
• pk48 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed using incorrect odds caused by a manifest error, software malfunction, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such circumstances.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures and international matches, are governed by the cricket betting rules published on the Platform. Results are determined by the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at pk48's discretion, including during significant events within a match.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk48 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all pk48 promotions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Abuse of bonus offers, including the creation of duplicate accounts for bonus purposes, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• pk48 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any regulatory obligations.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk48 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated systems, bots, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to defraud pk48 or other players through any means whatsoever.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your pk48 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk48 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, and audiovisual materials ("Content"), is the property of pk48 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of pk48.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk48 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. pk48's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pk48 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pk48 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy

pk48 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pk48, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review our Privacy Policy at pk48.app/privacy-policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk48 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to seek professional support. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page. pk48 reserves the right to impose restrictions on any account where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour, in the interest of player protection. All users of pk48 must be 18 years of age or over.

12. Amendments

pk48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk48 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of pk48 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk48 operates its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk48's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
